Dealing Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dealing Administrator to join our team at Hoxton Wealth. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of trades and management of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute trades accurately and efficiently on behalf of clients, utilizing trade execution platforms and financial software.
  • Manage client accounts and transactions with precision and attention to detail, maintaining accurate records of trades and client interactions.
  • Liaise directly with clients and third parties to facilitate trade execution, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing client inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on financial markets, with proficiency in trade execution platforms and financial software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with effective communication skills, particularly in handling client inquiries.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to progress and develop.
