Job Title: Dealing Administrator

Role Overview:

Hoxton Wealth is seeking a skilled Dealing Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for executing trades and managing client accounts with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute trades accurately and efficiently on behalf of clients.
  • Manage client accounts and transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Liaise directly with clients and third parties to facilitate trade execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of trades and client interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address client inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on financial markets.
  • Proficient in trade execution platforms and financial software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, particularly in handling client inquiries.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in an IFA or network background is advantageous.
