Event Marketing Coordinator

About the RoleAs an Events Marketer at CeFPro, you will play a crucial role in promoting our portfolio of industry-leading events across various channels. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive attendance, engagement, and brand awareness for our conferences, webinars, and forums.
Your work will directly impact the success of our events, helping to connect industry professionals with valuable insights and networking opportunities. Additionally, you will maximize the awareness of each event to ensure we attract leads and prospects, secure paid registrations, and engage the right target industry audience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote CeFPro events, including email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling event messaging, promotional materials, and content that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage and optimize event marketing budgets, ensuring a high return on investment.
- Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
- Coordinate with the events team to ensure seamless communication and alignment between marketing efforts and event planning.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and media to enhance event visibility.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for event promotion.
The salary range for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 + bonus based on performance.
