Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Formulate and execute supply and inventory strategies aimed at optimizing stock flow and minimizing aging products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Campaign and product teams to synchronize production with market requirements and establish effective aged stock management practices.
- Inventory Coordination: Partner with the Product team to oversee vehicle inventory management, ensuring compliance with demand and regulatory standards.
- Dealer Communication: Provide timely updates to dealers regarding order mixes, backorders, and production limitations.
- Sales Monitoring: Assess sales campaign strategies to achieve wholesale objectives and recommend enhancements.
- Product Support: Assist the product team during vehicle run-outs and new vehicle introductions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure that the supply needs of all internal stakeholders are adequately addressed.
- Insights Generation: Produce business insights and reports focused on supply-related metrics.
- CO2 Management: Oversee CO2 reporting at both dealer and national levels.
- Team Oversight: Lead the supply team to resolve dealer inquiries within established service level agreements.
- Process Optimization: Enhance product setup procedures within distribution systems.
- Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities with a proactive approach.
- Numerical Proficiency: Highly numerate with advanced skills in Excel.
- Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing principles.
- Budget Management: Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage a diverse array of tasks effectively.
