Account Executive Job Description

The Account Executive plays a vital role in providing exceptional administration support to clients and the account team at Modern. As a self-starter, great communicator, and team player, you will be involved in supporting the team across content campaigns, lead generation, and email marketing, including digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the account team with project delivery, tracking client budgets, campaign results, and invoicing.
  • Provide an impeccable service to clients day-to-day, including writing contact reports and meeting minutes after client or internal meetings.
  • Write creative and technical briefs for the account team and external resources.
  • Brief technical and creative suppliers with the Account Manager.
  • Manage projects and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Monitor and track campaign results and update client results forecasts.
  • Manage campaign or project costs and invoice clients.
  • Implement campaign activity such as social media, pay-per-click campaigns, or search engine optimization.
  • Maintain regular contact to link the client, account team, and the agency.
  • Meet and liaise with clients to support the Account Manager.
  • Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors, and target markets.
Requirements:
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively deal with the client services team regarding project management and status of projects.
  • Ability to comprehend campaign metrics and create reports on digital marketing activity.
  • Ability to switch between different types of project work.
  • Ability to prioritize your own workflow based on set deadlines and project deliverables, as agreed with the Client Services team.
