Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team and contribute to the development and coordination of supported housing schemes and domiciliary services across Blackpool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the deployment of staff to meet individual needs and preferences within available resources.
  • Supervise, coach, and support staff, volunteers, and students on placement to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Identify training needs of the team and ensure accurate records are kept.
  • Respond to referrals and undertake initial assessments of need to ensure effective service user support.
  • Ensure all service users have a co-produced plan of support and a designated Key Worker.
  • Develop clear goals and expected outcomes for service users with a defined pathway towards greater independence.
  • Coordinate regular person-centred reviews to put each person's views and unique journey at the heart of planning and decision making.
  • Work closely with local multi-disciplinary teams and community-based agencies to provide holistic, wrap-around support.
  • Maintain high standards of environmental safety and quality, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Facilitate service user engagement, involvement, and peer support.
  • Ensure robust methods of quality monitoring and provide key performance indicators to identify and plan actions required.
