About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Development Assistant to join our team at Ambient Support. As a Practice Development Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our Active Support strategy across our Mental Health services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the implementation of Active Support across the Mental Health Services
  • Ensure Active Support is embedded across mental health services and service delivery reflects the objectives of the strategy
  • Provide guidance and support to teams across the organisation to ensure Active Support becomes the standard operating practice model within the Mental health portfolio

What You'll Need

  • Experience in a similar role or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Active Support and its application in mental health services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organisation
