Neonatal Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal Outreach Nurse to join our team at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
About the RoleAs a Neonatal Outreach Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to neonates and their families in a variety of settings. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement innovative care strategies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert care to neonates and their families in a variety of settings, including hospitals and community-based settings.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient and family.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide education and support to families and healthcare professionals on neonatal care and related topics.
- Current NMC Registration
- FLAP or equivalent
- Qualified in Specialty
- NALS
- Degree or equivalent training and experience (RCN / Diploma in Child Health or RGN)
- Level 3 safeguarding children
