Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showrooms Manager to join our team at Porcelanosa SA. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the showroom operates efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales and service professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create an engaging and inspiring store environment that showcases our products to their fullest potential.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Staff Development: Identify training needs and develop plans to enhance staff knowledge and skills, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with market trends and ideas, applying this knowledge to inform merchandising and operational decisions.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, including those related to staff discipline, security, and asset protection.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Communication: Clear and positive communication style, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in a similar environment, with a strong understanding of sales and service principles.
