Key Responsibilities
As a Showroom Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring the showroom operates efficiently and profitably by adhering to corporate procedures, policies, and standards.
  2. Assisting in the identification and establishment of individual and team targets that align with the overall sales objectives of the area and region.
  3. Maintaining an appealing showroom layout and merchandising that showcases products effectively while reflecting the company's heritage and cultural inspiration.
  4. Ensuring the showroom is adequately staffed to meet service expectations, providing a warm welcome to all customers and visitors.
  5. Enhancing staff knowledge through training initiatives to keep the team informed about current products and sales literature.

  7. Upholding staff discipline and standards in accordance with company policy.
  8. Protecting company assets by being vigilant against theft and fraud, taking appropriate action when necessary.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and influence others.
  • Relevant experience in face-to-face customer sales within a similar environment or the potential to excel in this role.

Benefits
This position operates on a 5 in 7 day rota basis and includes a Sales Commission Scheme, which rewards personal sales and a percentage of showroom sales, along with an end-of-year bonus for achieving team targets.
