Job Summary

A Room Attendant at Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards
• Vacuum rooms and corridors, and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks and report any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Restock and maintain trolley on a daily basis and ensure all equipment is in working condition
• Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner, and comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation

Requirements

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service and maintaining excellent grooming standards
• Ability to work on their own or in teams, and be flexible and reliable
• Experience in a similar position is advantageous
