Housekeeping Associate

A Part-Time Room Attendant is responsible for delivering an excellent Guest and Member experience by cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities while managing guest requests in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards
• Vacuum rooms and corridors to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks to ensure a high level of cleanliness
• Restock and maintain trolley on a daily basis to ensure efficient service
• Report any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and take responsibility for replacing or repairing them to minimize guest disruption
• Ensure all equipment inside and around guest rooms, as well as in work areas, is in working condition to prevent any disruptions
• Be environmentally aware and dispose of waste accordingly
• Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure a positive guest experience
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation to ensure a safe working environment
• Carry out lost property procedures to ensure lost items are returned to their owners
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships to ensure a collaborative team environment
Requirements
A successful Room Attendant will possess a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. They will also have excellent grooming standards, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and be flexible and reliable. Experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not essential.
