Business Information Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Information Officer to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and data analyst support to our Access team members, with a focus on information and contractual data.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a full range of administrative and data analyst support to the Access team members.
- Manage and lead our admin staff, with a focus on supervision and leadership.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date information systems, including databases and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the existing 0-18 CYPMHS BIO to ensure consistent data quality and reporting across all Cheshire Services.
- Support the development of business intelligence and data analysis to inform service development and performance management.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Information Officer who possesses the following qualifications and skills:
- Degree in Business Admin/studies or equivalent experience.
- Secretarial qualifications.
- RSA III or equivalent experience.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
We also require the following knowledge and expertise:
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Data Protection Act.
- Working knowledge of software programmes, including Microsoft applications and associated databases.
- Knowledge of clinical processes, systems, and pathways.
- Demonstrable organisational and planning skills, with the ability to time manage effectively.
- Analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret information and undertake presentations.
