About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Information Officer to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Cheshire Access Services in coordinating business information processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business administration, data analysis, and information governance. You will be responsible for providing administrative and data analyst support to our Access team members, as well as managing and leading our administrative staff.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, with excellent analytical and communication skills. You will be able to interpret information, present findings, and provide recommendations to support service development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and data analyst support to the Access team members
  • Manage and lead our administrative staff, including supervision and performance management
  • Coordinate business information processes to support performance management, data quality, and service development
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable data systems and processes
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and implement process improvements
