Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Ryder Reid Legal. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide essential administrative support to our fee earners and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and manage alternative cover for sickness absence and holidays
  • Coordinate secretarial holiday schedules and ensure seamless coverage
  • Arrange overtime cover for holidays and absences, maintaining accurate internal records
  • Prepare and distribute weekly holiday cover lists to relevant departments
  • Assist with approving payable time and ensuring efficient document handling
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Services Coordinator in a law firm
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain focused in a demanding environment
  • Capability to work effectively with various personalities and maintain composure under pressure
