Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors at Boots. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Develop and execute business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager to discuss availability and create a schedule that balances work-life balance.
  • Stay up-to-date with consumer insights, event management, and front-line marketing to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
  • Experience creating and executing in-store events.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
