About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at Fairmont St. Andrews, one of Scotland's most iconic 5-star luxury hotels and resorts. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality spa treatments to guests, ensuring a 5-star experience and exceeding their expectations.
  • Provide thoughtful treatment and product recommendations to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience and treatment upgrades, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Promote the hotel's facilities and services, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.
  • Work collaboratively with the Spa team, including receptionists and fitness instructors, to provide a seamless guest experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Service-focused personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the spa industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Beauty Therapy HNC/HND/Level 3/ITEC qualification or equivalent.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
