About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care to guests.
  • Provide thoughtful treatment and product recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience and treatment upgrades to exceed guest expectations.
  • Promote the hotel facilities and look for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Service-focused personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • College-qualified in a professionally recognized beauty discipline, with a full Beauty Therapy Diploma.
