The Role
We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Senior National Account Manager within our Commercial Team in Northwich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Out of Home (OOH) Controller in a proactive capacity to meet ambitious commercial KPIs by formulating and implementing a commercial strategy that aligns with customer requirements, ultimately driving profit and enhancing shareholder value.
- Achieve annual targets for volume, Gross Sales Value (GSV), and margin for clients in the OOH sales sector.
- Oversee the creation of the OOH sales channel business plan, ensuring alignment with company goals and identifying opportunities within the customer base to meet all budgetary objectives.
- Lead the formulation and execution of joint business plans with OOH customers, integrating both customer and company strategies to facilitate profitable growth.
- Engage comprehensively with a customer-centric, multi-level, and multi-functional approach to unlock growth opportunities within the sales channel.
- Collaborate with Finance and National Account Managers to develop financial models that support informed decision-making based on margin management criteria.
- Assist various departments in executing customer plans across Retail/Own Label and Catering product formats, including ambient, post-frozen, and frozen supply formats.
Qualifications:
- Preferred degree-level education.
- A minimum of 7 years of sales experience, including exposure to both branded and private label products in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
- Extensive experience in negotiating pricing and securing profitable contracts.
- Ability to utilize data and category management principles to create mutually beneficial solutions for the company and its customer partners.
- Proven track record of influencing both external and internal stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that drive profitable growth.
- Capability to manage complex relationships, serving as the primary escalation point for buyers and senior buyers across multi-site customers.

Your standard working hours will be Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., totaling 37.5 hours per week. We also offer a hybrid working policy that allows for a combination of office and remote work.
