Position Overview

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Consultant to become a part of our esteemed team at Sytner Group.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support and act as the essential link between our clients and the service department. Your responsibilities will include advising customers on vehicle maintenance, keeping them informed throughout the process, and addressing any inquiries they may have. You will also collaborate with technicians and service management to ensure timely vehicle readiness. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on our diverse range of products and services.

This role is both rewarding and demanding, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. You will engage with clients, build authentic relationships, and accurately assess their needs and preferences.

Sytner Group offers flexible working arrangements, which may include weekend shifts, to guarantee that we meet our customers' needs with the highest standards of service.

Candidate Profile

We welcome applicants who may not have prior experience but possess a strong desire to learn and advance in their careers. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent organizational and administrative capabilities, along with a keen eye for detail. A background in customer service is advantageous, as you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with service management software would be beneficial, though not mandatory.
