About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at United Living Group. As a vital member of our property services team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a visible point of contact for customers, engaging through regular communication and updates.
- Coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide a high standard of customer aftercare.
- Manage expectations between residents, the client, and our operations teams.
- Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Tenant Liaison or Community Engagement role, preferably within planned or reactive maintenance or asset management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage difficult situations.
- Resilience under pressure and discretion in a public-facing role.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
