Apprentice Family Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Family Practitioner to join our team at the Vicarage Lane Surgery in East London.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload and providing medical care and services to our practice population. This will include surgery and telephone consultations, home visits, and administration tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. They will also have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a clinical caseload and provide medical care and services to the practice population
- Conduct surgery and telephone consultations, home visits, and administration tasks
- Assess the health care needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems
- Screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness
- Collect data for audit purposes
- Awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies and guidelines
- MBBS (or equivalent) qualification
- MRCGP (GPCCT) qualification
- Newly qualified or experienced candidates welcome to apply
