We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an End Point Assessor for the Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Level 4) apprenticeship.
About the Role:The End Point Assessor will be responsible for assessing the performance of apprentices in the Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Level 4) program. This will involve conducting on-site assessments, reviewing assessment evidence, and making grading decisions in accordance with the apprenticeship standard and assessment plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct on-site assessments of apprentices in the Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Level 4) program
- Review and assess assessment evidence submitted by apprentices
- Make grading decisions in accordance with the apprenticeship standard and assessment plan
- Ensure that all assessments are conducted in a fair and unbiased manner
- Maintain accurate records of assessment outcomes and provide feedback to apprentices
- Occupational competence in the Children, Young People and Families sector
- At least 2 years' experience of competence-based interviewing within the last 5 years
- Qualified to at least Level 4 in the Children, Young People and Families sector
- Qualified in assessment practice, D33 Assessors qualification, A1 assessors award or TAQA qualification
- Current DBS certificate
