Job Title: Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Level 4) - End Point Assessor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an End Point Assessor for the Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Level 4) apprenticeship.

About the Role:

The End Point Assessor will be responsible for assessing the performance of apprentices in the Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Level 4) program. This will involve conducting on-site assessments, reviewing assessment evidence, and making grading decisions in accordance with the apprenticeship standard and assessment plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site assessments of apprentices in the Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Level 4) program
  • Review and assess assessment evidence submitted by apprentices
  • Make grading decisions in accordance with the apprenticeship standard and assessment plan
  • Ensure that all assessments are conducted in a fair and unbiased manner
  • Maintain accurate records of assessment outcomes and provide feedback to apprentices
Requirements:
  • Occupational competence in the Children, Young People and Families sector
  • At least 2 years' experience of competence-based interviewing within the last 5 years
  • Qualified to at least Level 4 in the Children, Young People and Families sector
  • Qualified in assessment practice, D33 Assessors qualification, A1 assessors award or TAQA qualification
  • Current DBS certificate
