Job Title: Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Level 4) - End Point Assessor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Level 4) to join our team as an End Point Assessor. As an End Point Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing the performance of apprentices in the Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Level 4) apprenticeship.

About the Role:

The End Point Assessor will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the performance of apprentices in the Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Level 4) apprenticeship
  • Ensuring that apprentices meet the rigorous standards set by employers and are fully competent in the relevant occupation
  • Recording and submitting EPA outcomes, with clear justifications for the grading decisions
  • Conducting EPAs in line with the associated apprenticeship assessment plan, and the materials provided by Pearson
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Occupational competence in the Children, Young People and Families sector
  • At least 2 years' experience of competence-based interviewing within the last 5 years
  • Qualified to at least Level 4 in the Children, Young People and Families sector
  • Qualified in assessment practice, D33 Assessors qualification, A1 assessors award or TAQA qualification
  • A current DBS certificate
