Job Title: Apprentice EducatorWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice Educator to join our team at N Family Stoke Newington Church Street. As an Apprentice Educator, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and confidence in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality educational experiences for children, aligned with our 'learning through play' ethos and the N Curriculum.
- Support the implementation of daily routines, including mealtime supervision and adhering to our mealtime policies.
- Contribute to planning innovative learning experiences that challenge children's learning and development.
- Observe and contribute to high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for children within your care.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents and team members.
- Promote and role-model safeguarding procedures and the importance of child welfare.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure daily H&S-related tasks and checks are completed promptly.
- Competitive salary of GBP 18,250 - GBP 19,250 per year.
- Performance-related bonus of up to GBP 750 per year.
- Choice of a 4-day 36 hour week or a 5-day 40 hour week.
- Up to 32 days of holiday per year, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year.
