Job Summary

We are seeking an Apprentice Educator to join our team at N Family Club Dollis Hill. As an Apprentice Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering our 'learning through play' educational ethos and the N Curriculum. You will work closely with our experienced team to create innovative learning experiences that challenge children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of our educational ethos and the N Curriculum
  • Contribute to planning innovative learning experiences
  • Observe and contribute to high-quality observations, assessments, and planning
  • Support key transition periods within the room
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents and team members
  • Promote and role-model safeguarding procedures
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
  • Ensure daily H&S-related tasks and checks are completed
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of GBP 18,250 - GBP 19,250 per year, plus a performance-related bonus of up to GBP 750 per year. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including a 4-day 36 hour week or a 5-day 40 hour week, up to 32 days of holiday per year, and a personal development fund of GBP 100 per year.
