We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Unit Manager to join our team at a state-of-the-art care home in Bradford, West Yorkshire. As a Clinical Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of care and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a dementia unit
  • Good understanding of CQC and other regulatory bodies
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality care results
