Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of care and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a dementia unit
- Good understanding of CQC and other regulatory bodies
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality care results
- Competitive salary of £18.71 per hour, equivalent to £42,808 per annum
