About the Role

Certes is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative, browser-based solutions. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing web and Winforms applications, as well as creating dynamic reports and dashboards using SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Lead the charge in designing and developing software solutions, providing technical guidance and expertise to the team.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackle complex system challenges, providing top-notch technical analysis and development solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts, Test Teams, and Project Managers throughout the software lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in developing business-critical, browser-based solutions and Winforms applications in a Finance or similar environment.
  • Technical Mastery: Strong command of Microsoft C#,.Net Framework/Core, and SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures). Knowledge of data transition using SSIS is a plus.
  • Reporting Tools: Familiarity with PowerBI and Crystal Reports will be advantageous as you create and manage our reporting solutions.

Desirable Skills and Tools

  • Development Expertise:.Net (Framework/Core), WPF, WinForms, MVC, Javascript/JQuery, Web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
  • Database & Reporting: Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, PowerBI, Crystal Reports.
  • DevOps & Change Management: Experience with Microsoft DevOps and ITIL practices is highly valued.
