About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Carer to join our team at HammondCare Cardiff. As a Residential Carer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and domestic support to residents, including showering, grooming, toileting, and cooking.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as laundry and cleaning.
  • Support residents with dementia, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Experience in aged care and dementia support.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including nights and weekends.
  • Knowledge of people living with dementia and their needs.
  • Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care, or studying towards a healthcare-related degree.
