About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Countrywide HQ. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving corporate client acquisition within the residential development space and managing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to secure new contract wins for Countrywide Land & New Homes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure both external and internal client satisfaction is achieved.
  • Conduct market research and engage with potential clients to generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven sales and business development experience, preferably within a B2B or property-related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to analyse market trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the property or residential construction industry and market.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
