Academic Director

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Academic Director to lead our team of professionals in the Education sector. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality projects.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of professionals in the Education sector, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges, driving process improvements and innovation.
Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of post-qualification experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the Education sector.
- Proven track record of business growth, strategic partnerships, and project delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive informed decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
