Hours: Five days per week on a rota basis: Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm; Saturday 10am – 5pm; Sunday 10am – 4pm

Contract: 2-Year Fixed Term Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Property Sales Consultant to become a vital part of our New Homes division at Savills. You will collaborate closely with our seasoned London Residential Developments Sales team, contributing to a prestigious property project.

Due to its prime location and exceptional quality, this development is set to attract significant interest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily inquiries from potential buyers, ensuring all information is accurately documented.
  • Conduct property viewings with interested clients.
  • Guide sales processes through to completion.
  • Provide clients with informed advice in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
  • Maintain and update records in the database, ensuring accurate re-qualification and archiving.
  • Deliver regular feedback to clients and the Sales Manager.
  • Prepare the sales center and show homes meticulously.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to address any on-site issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about competing developments and local market trends.
  • Be aware of global events that may influence the property market and respond thoughtfully to client inquiries.
  • Keep updated price lists, sales brochures, and display materials.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications & Technical Abilities

  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and relevant databases.
  • Possession of a clean UK driving license.
