Job Title: German or Dutch Speaking Senior HR Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager fluent in German or Dutch to join our team at Language Matters Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations for the Northern European region, managing international payroll for 9 countries, and handling general HR matters for overseas staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations for the Northern European region, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage international payroll for 9 countries, reviewing and approving reports from the payroll outsourcing team.
- Handle general HR matters for overseas staff, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with fellow HR Managers to streamline and improve HR processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German or Dutch, written and spoken.
- Additional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Solid background in international HR management, preferably in the Northern European market.
- Experience in managing international payroll.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters diplomatically in an operational HR role.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment as well as independently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
