Key Responsibilities
Woodlands Day Nursery, affiliated with a prominent healthcare institution, is seeking a Senior Childcare Leader to enhance their established professional childcare team. This nursery accommodates a significant number of children and provides essential childcare services to the staff of a major healthcare provider, alongside operating a playscheme during school breaks.
The ideal applicant will possess a minimum of level 2 qualification in Childcare or an equivalent credential, or have substantial experience working with children aged 6 months to 5 years. Experience with older children, specifically those aged 5-12 years, is considered an asset.
Candidates should be enthusiastic and self-driven individuals capable of assuming the role of key person, tailoring activities to align with children's interests, and providing support to fellow team members. Strong communication skills, effective customer service abilities, and a collaborative spirit are essential.
