NRG Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive success in our short-term property finance division.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for building relationships with broker partners, driving sales in Bridging, Refurbishment, and Buy-to-Let lending.

With a six-figure OTE and the freedom to meet clients directly, this role offers the chance to shape your success and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

About the Business Development Manager Role

You will be working in a team that has received industry awards for service excellence, and we're looking for someone who shares our values and passion for delivering exceptional results.

  • Deals come in thick and fast, so you'll be busy making things happen from the minute you start.
  • You'll have the freedom to get out of the office and meet with our broker community, building relationships and driving sales.
  • You'll be given a sales region and a database of broker partners to work with, with the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise.
  • You'll report into the Managing Director (Sales) and form a tight-knit team, focused on delivering exceptional results in Bridging, Refurbishment, and Buy-to-Let lending.

Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Go through deal enquiries directly with introducers, structuring and negotiating deals to meet client needs.Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker partners, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets.Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded, and building a reputation for excellence in property lending.
