Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant at Opus Talent Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates in a thriving market.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and expanding business relationships within the French or German markets
  • Advocating for Opus Talent Solutions' services to prospective clients
  • Identifying and sourcing candidates through specialized job platforms
  • Evaluating candidates using diverse assessment methods
  • Achieving and surpassing established targets within designated timeframes

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven track record in permanent recruitment
  • Fluency in French or German is essential
  • Resilient attitude with a desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience in 360-degree recruitment processes
