Role Overview

This position is integral to our Customer Service division, concentrating on the development, analysis, and creation of models and tools utilized by the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced business environments.

In this role, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders. You will provide support to teams engaged in diverse projects and contribute to multiple facets of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Data analysis and manipulation Enhancing business processes Formulating data analytics and strategies to improve efficiency and quality Managing PowerBi dashboards and insights Identifying trends in data proactively and recommending operational enhancements Supporting infrastructure and controls Generating management reports and insights Engaging in business intelligence activities

Required Qualifications

A degree or equivalent qualification in statistics or computer science is preferred Strong problem-solving skills A commercial perspective Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise Exceptional numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in analyzing large and complex datasets Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Familiarity with PowerBi Understanding of SQL Knowledge of VBA is advantageous Experience in programming is desirable Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus
