About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our Customer Service function as a Retail Operations Specialist. This role will focus on developing, analyzing, and creating models/tools used by the business to drive operational efficiency and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data analytics and business intelligence tools to support business decision-making
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize business operations
  • Design and maintain PowerBi dashboards and insights to support business reporting and analysis
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience with PowerBi
  • SQL knowledge and experience with data manipulation and analysis
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction
