About The Role
As the ERP Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing all ERP software projects within our organization. This includes managing all aspects of ERP projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of ERP projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Scope and Deliverables: Facilitate project initiation documentation, set up necessary project structures, and manage resource forecasting using Jira.
- Reporting: Provide status updates and reports to senior stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Control commercial aspects, resource allocation, and functional risks.
- Change Management: Monitor and facilitate changes within project constraints.
- Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead meetings and workshops to ensure project alignment and progress.
About You
- Experience: Proven track record in managing complex, medium to large ERP projects, with specific experience in manufacturing and financial inputs, ideally with IFS or similar ERP systems.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the full project lifecycle.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Leadership: Experience in leadership or management roles, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and lead teams.
