Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial assets
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Ensure compliance with lease obligations
* Prepare and administer service charge, budgets, and reconciliation
* Report to directors and clients
* Visit properties across the portfolio and arrange property inspections
* Liaise with leasing agents, solicitors, and other external consultants
* Oversee the financial operations of your portfolio

Requirements:

* 2+ years of post-qualifications experience as a commercial property manager
* Excellent reporting and negotiation skills
* Strong written and communication skills
* Up-to-date knowledge of commercial property legislation
* MRICS qualification is preferred
* Driving license and vehicle required
