About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Commercial Graduate Programme as a Commercial Product Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and launching new products, managing existing product lines, and driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product strategies to drive commercial growth and increase market share
  • Manage product development and launch processes, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product development and commercial decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to drive business growth

Requirements

  • 2:2 degree or above in any discipline
  • Possession of a full UK driving licence
  • Already live, or are happy to relocate within a one-hour commute of our Head Office in Tolworth
  • To be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis
  • Strong commercial acumen and an initiative-taker with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to work well under pressure to tight and often conflicting deadlines
