About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Property Acquisition team as a Graduate Programme participant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new retail sites to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in property acquisition and management
  • Rotate through various property departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business
  • Contribute to the development of our property portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Property, Real Estate, Surveying, or Facilities Management
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
