Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the kitchen to the highest standards, ensuring it is ready for the next day's events
  • Maintain the food storage areas, including freezers and refrigerators, to ensure food safety and quality
  • Receive and organize deliveries, ensuring they are stored and prepared for use
  • Wash and sanitize dirty dishes, utensils, and equipment, or load them into the dishwasher
  • Remove kitchen waste and dispose of it properly, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
  • Clean and maintain cooking equipment, including cookers, pots, and food mixers
  • Support the Chef in basic food preparation, such as cutting ingredients, peeling, and washing food items
  • Provide assistance to chefs as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided
