Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Clearwell Castle. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, receiving and organizing deliveries, washing dishes, and supporting our chefs in food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the kitchen to ensure it is ready for the next day
  • Maintain food storage areas, including freezers and refrigerators
  • Receive and organize deliveries in the kitchen
  • Wash dirty dishes, including cutlery, pots, cutting boards, and pans, or load them into the dishwasher
  • Remove kitchen waste from waste containers and dispose of it properly
  • Clean and maintain cooking equipment, including cookers, pots, and food mixers
  • Support chefs in basic food preparation, such as cutting ingredients, peeling, and washing food items
  • Provide assistance to chefs as needed

Requirements:

  • No experience necessary, as full training will be given
