About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Executive Chef to join our team at One Retail, a leading food service company in the UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Development: Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure our food services meet the highest standards.
  • Food Quality Control: Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality food that consistently meets our clients' and customers' expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage kitchen inventories to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked and efficient.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer feedback to improve our food services.

Requirements

  • Culinary Experience: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent and have experience in a similar Chef role.
  • Leadership Skills: Have experience supervising a team and hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of our business.
