The Opportunity
We are thrilled to announce a new position within our IT department for an Application & Release Coordinator. In this capacity, you will oversee the comprehensive release management process across various technologies and be accountable for the strategy surrounding our environments.

As the Application & Release Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the broader IT team, ensuring the provision and maintenance of environments while upholding the established standards throughout the development lifecycle and routine operations.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain environment roadmaps based on diverse project needs.
  • Establish environment guidelines and manage the provision of environments (including releases and refreshes) throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Coordinate environment component refreshes, including necessary obfuscation for testing and operational purposes.

Key Achievements
As an Application & Release Coordinator, you will:

  • Formulate, monitor, and enforce release management processes and policies.
  • Provide timely support to domain teams, service providers, vendors, and customers.
  • Coordinate release program activities, ensuring stakeholders receive essential information, including summary data and key performance indicators (KPIs).

What You Bring
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in Release Management for both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Familiarity with environment considerations for various platforms, including Power Platform, MS Dynamics 365 CE, MS Dynamics F&O, Azure, and Microsoft 365.

Essential Skills
We are looking for candidates with:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft DevOps, including pipelines and automation.
  • Experience in continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) practices.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with application and SaaS development release processes.

Desirable Skills
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:

  • ITIL certification in Release Management.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince II, etc.).
