Your Role

As an Application Validation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers' applications for our insulation schemes are thoroughly validated. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving the living conditions of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the ECO schemes we implement and your role in their success.
  • Review and process applications from customers interested in insulation services.
  • Clearly communicate the application process to customers, managing their expectations effectively.
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels as needed.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets, both individually and collaboratively.

What We Are Looking For

  • A genuine enthusiasm for working in a performance-driven environment while delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets.

  • A commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and Google Workspace is advantageous but not mandatory.
