Role Overview
As a key member of a rapidly expanding sales team, you will be offering a transformative solution in the e-commerce sector, a globally unique direct-to-consumer offering. You will engage with brands worldwide, helping them strategize on how to present their products to a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with brands regarding their direct-to-consumer goals and the challenges they encounter.
- Leverage your expertise to maximize the THG Ingenuity platform and its solutions.
- Utilize your networking skills to identify and engage potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development to cultivate a robust and promising pipeline.
- Establish and maintain strong, enduring customer relationships.
- Develop and execute tactical plans to meet sales objectives and expand the prospect and future customer base.
- Approach potential clients through various channels including cold calls, emails, and networking events.
- Prepare business presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
- Manage sales funnel processes and utilize CRM systems effectively.
- Address customer inquiries and oversee contractual agreements through to successful onboarding.
- Participate in product evaluations and new product development, contributing to pricing and proposition evolution.
Required Skills
- Significant experience in new business sales.
- Proven track record in solution sales with deals exceeding $5M.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution sales.
- Familiarity with Sales Process Methodology and CRM systems.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with tools such as LinkedIn, CRM, and Docusign to enhance performance.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and similar office software.
