About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available at MOV8 Real Estate, a dynamic and innovative solicitor estate agency firm in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to generate leads and secure valuation appointments.
  • Provide accurate and appropriate advice to prospective clients, evaluating the strength of the lead before offering solutions.
  • Generate new business by managing a high volume of incoming inquiries and following up sales and purchase leads in a timely manner.
  • Convert leads into sales, driving revenue for the company and for our valuable clients.
Requirements
  • A proven track record working in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment.
  • A proven track record in working towards sales targets.
  • Superb written and spoken English skills.
  • An enthusiastic and professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A positive approach to all tasks.
  • Excellent IT skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Local property market knowledge.
  • Telephone Sales experience gained from within a call centre environment.

Remuneration Package

A competitive salary of £20,000 to £25,000 per annum, plus a monthly bonus based on hitting individual and team targets. 29 days annual leave per annum and a statutory pension contribution.
