**Job Summary**

Orion is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Procurement department, you will be responsible for supporting the PSCM Manager on a wide range of tasks, including organizing content and preparing minutes for monthly contracts meetings with business stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the PSCM Manager on delegated tasks in support of the PSCM function
  • Organize and prepare content for monthly contracts meetings with business stakeholders
  • Facilitate resolution of invoice queries from the company's Finance and Contractors
  • Support the PSCM Team with internal and external contract audit reviews
  • Update PSCM contracts folders and Maximo database as required
  • Run regular and unplanned Power-BI reports on contract portfolio status
  • Liaise with the company's Legal, Insurance, Tax/Treasury, and Finance teams as required on contractual, insurance, and coding issues

**Requirements**

  • Oil and Gas SCM experience gained in Upstream operating and project execution environments with an Operator or Tier 1 Contractor
  • Knowledge of 'Contract to Close' and 'Purchase to Pay' process in operating and/or project execution
  • Knowledge of Maximo or SAP procurement systems
  • Knowledge of Power-BI reporting tool and Microsoft365, Microsoft TEAMS, and One Note
